MC Launcher Stuck In Offline Mode

(And yes I'm connected to wifi) I Load up My Minecraft launcher and it is stuck on play offline. ill click play and it says that it is missing files and can't load up on offline mode. i have tried restarting my computer, redownloading the launcher, etc.
