procedure entry point cef_get_min_log_level could not be located

Had not played for about a month. immediately got Capture.PNG, then closing that, Capture2.png popped up.
I have uninstalled/installed minecraft several times, uninstalled/installed Java, even reverted to a previous version of Java just for kicks.
I've run Malware.
Ran sfc /scannow.
Still not working.
Any suggestions?
