No JVM Arguments option for launcher version 2.0.934

i have been trying to allocate more RAM to Minecraft for a while now. And everyone I have seen all over the internet has the option of "JVM arguments" they can easily access. my server doesn't even have the option of JVM arguments. PLEASE i beg of anyone can they figure out why my launcher doesn't have this option?
