Launcher can´t access the internet.

I´m trying to play minecraft but the launcher says "Sssssssorry,you appear to be offline".
But i can talk with my friend on Discord and access
Google

I cant even play offline.(Some game files are missing,connect to the internet to play)
And when the game can connect, if I try to enter a server it appears: "Authentication servers are currently down for maintenance"
