Minecraft Launcher will not open crash report

I don't understand! When minecraft crashes and the launch show the "open crash report button", it refuse to open the specific crash report! Could someone please fix this issue? If you see watch this video you will be able to hear me clicking my mouse on that button. sorry for the low resolution
