Problem with the game.

When I turn on the launcher on my laptop everything is OK but when I start the game I get every CRASH. In addition, the .minecraft file is half empty. When I tried to re-install the game it did not work. I do not know what to do to make the game work properly. I have been struggling for a long time and I want everything to return to normal.
