Every time I press play to the minecraft launcher it crashes

every time i press play on the minecraft launcher it loads just as as usual but then it saying minecraft (not responding) after a few seconds or 1 minute it takes me back to the launcher saying it has crashed after i try again and again it still happens!

please please fix this problem asap!!
