Could not connect to server.

I have been having trouble connecting to the authentication servers for mojang. I have tried 2 separate accounts on this pc (figured it was just my account), neither worked, so I tried them on my brothers' pc, worked fine. I think it may be something with my pc recently, as I could play minecraft with no problems a few months ago. I have the latest Java and the same video card. I also gave a snip of the message I was given when I tried to log onto my account with the technic launcher. The message in my "Summary" is the one I was given when I tried to log onto my account with the minecraft launcher.
