unable to download el_gr.lang

I wanted to download the 1.12 version of minecraft but there's an error, I can't download el_gr.lang and every time I click on play there's a different problem (en_au.lang, es_mx.lang and others)
I actualized java and there's the same problem
I uninstaled and re-instaled minecraft and now I can't play any versions (I tried 1.7.10, 1.10 and 1.11 too) because there's the same error in each one, the .minecraft folder exist and I even tried to create a kind of .minecraft2 and nothing happens
