Glitch

Hello human reading this

so i wanted to download the latestversion 1.12 and it said
"Unable to save download. jutils-1.0.0.jar"

and i dont know what happened and when i want to download versions it keeps saying that soooo can you please help me im kinda worried about my minecraft.
