I can't save and quit to title

When I tried to save and quit to title the button got stuck; it is stuck at blue which means it should quit but it didn't. Now every time I try to open the game it shows me a message saying that I am already playing and warns me of danger of malfunctions I am worried the game will crash please fix this problem my Minecraft account username is Jamel_Nobanee please fix this problem.
