Minecraft version 1.12 is not working good.

Hello, I would like to report a bug. When I am loading the game world, the world is not being read. Only dirt wall and inscription: Loading. Task Manager when loading shows that the processor is dealing with the Java at 0%. But when I play on server the game is working. Please help. Sorry for my English.
