Whenever I try to open MC, the launcher disappears for 1 second, then is comes back saying "An unexpected issue occurred and the game crashed. We're sorry for the inconvenience." I'm using a new laptop and i have reinstalled the launcher many times.

Whenever I try to open MC, the launcher disappears for 1 second, then is comes back saying "An unexpected issue occurred and the game crashed. We're sorry for the inconvenience." I'm using a new laptop and i have reinstalled the launcher many time, to no avail.

I thought the game would start normally

What actually happened was the game kept crashing

1. Start up the Minecraft launcher
2. Press play Minecraft
