Unable to create directory. mi_nz.lang

I've had minecraft for a long while. However, I had taken a break for the past couple months, and when I tried to get back on, I get the error message, "Unable to create directory. mi_nz.lang". It happens whenever I try to launch minecraft. Let me know what to do, asap. Thank you!
