Skin not updating and always returning to a Steve

What I expected to happen was...:
My skin would change to what i wanted

What actually happened was...:
It said said it changed but when i went on a sever it was a Steve and when i went to change it again it said skin not chosen even though i did and i saved it too.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get what skin you want
2. . go to skin tab on launcher
3. . change skin
4. See it not change and it says skin not chosen
5. Be sad because it doesn't work
