Cannot play, just bought it.

When i klick "PLAY" this messege comes up: An unexpected issue occurred and the game has crashed. We are sorry for the inconvienience." I have tried deleting everything and reinstall. Literarly nothing works and my money just got wasted. I hope you see this and i hope i can get help becouse if this don't get fixed i will have to refund, and if that's not possible you just stole my money.
