Game Crash Keeps Happening

Everytime I open the launcher I click play and then the game freezes,so i close the game when the launcher opens up and it says "an unexpected issue has occured and the game crashed.We're sorry for the inconvenience."Can you fix this?I hope this is not happening just to me.
