Says not responding no matter how many times i restart it.

I unpack launcher (for snapshot 17w15a) MC updater opens all goes as usual then i open 1.11.1 (to play on Hypixel) as well as 17w15a is says "not responing" and no matter how many time I restart the launcher it does not work. Please Help
