"minecraft" is not a vaild short file name

If I install and unistall minecraft and if I want repeat install this I can't do this beacouse I remove all files and my computer have minecraft app but don't have minecraft Unistall file, I can't install minecraft now. Please help (PS. I'm soo sorry for my English)
