Game crash, an issue has occurred. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Game crashes at the end of the launch. Given the error: "An issued has occurred. Apologize for any inconvenience." I bought a computer specifically for this game. Bought the game. Now cannot play? I have updated all my drivers, updated java, and uninstalled the game, reinstalled the game. I don't have an NVidea video card, so their updated drivers cannot be the issue.
