When I try to login to Minecraft 1.6.1 it says invalid memory access of location and then it quits and says game ended with bad state ( exit code 139 )

1. I downloaded the new launcher
2. I tried to play Minecraft, but it would always say invalid memory access of location and end the game in a bad state
