Minecraft launcher only generates two files (does not start)

Minecraft launcher only generates two launcher files and does not start at all,
(only two files it logs)

That probably does not help anyone but it is all that I have.

I've had the experimental version of the latest launcher for months and it worked just fine, when I upgraded to the actual one on its release they both stopped working completely I also use the old launcher for now but I really do not want to use that and with things such as the curse client I can no longer play mod packs from those launchers without porting them over.

I may also mention, I've tried to reinstall graphics card stuff as well as the launcher and deleted the .Minecraft multiple times.
