[MCL-678] "java.io.FileNotFoundException: /xxxx/launcher.pack.lzma.new (Permission denied)" on downloading launcher

I wanted to play minecraft.

I downloaded 1.6 and i started it, it didn't work and then i
deleted folder: .minecraft but still nothin' happend. i put that folder back and still nothing happens
it just says:
