Twitch library is not there

What I expected to happen was...:
I expected that the twitch library works but it doesn't

What actually happened was...:
It didn't download the libary. So it gives this error.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Startup minecraft 1.8
2. Go to twitch
3. Done.
