Minecraft Launcher Suddenly wont Launch JAVA SET PLATFORM GAMECRASH

I just recently had a windows update, and ran a CCleaner on my system. And suddenly the new launcher for minecraft will not load my game. I get to the MOJANG screen and then it fails. Says Not Responding and I have to like end process. Then it says on the launcher Java Runtime SE Gamecrash or something. I reinstalled Minecraft, uninstalled all the mods. The only thing that has even gotten it past that screen is having to revert to an older version of your launcher. Please help. This new screen really helped my daughter be able to navigates without me
