"Minecraft Launcher has stopped working" crash message on hitting Play

While it doesn't always crash as soon as I hit Play, that only happens when I had just turned on the computer I use.
It's annoying cause I want to play and it never seems to load properly, leaving me to go do something else.
Please try and fix this,
