Skin bug?

looks like my skin is wrong....

I want to change my skin to SLIM player model and "Seshita.png"
so in SLIM model(ScreenShot_2017031195044.png), it can see some GREEN dots are in my skin.
but in CLASSIC model(ScreenShot_20170311195550.png) , it cannot see any GREEN dots.

is the my SKIN is wrong? or bug?
