I Can't Login/Signin

I can log into my account onto the Minecraft Launcher but not onto minecraft.net ... I have been trying to change my skin but on the new launcher / minecraft.net I can't change my skin due to the fact Minecraft Launcher does not support skins currently and minecraft.net does not allow me to sign in with my Minecraft account email.
