minecraft-launcher (arc) uses outdated source for downloading minecraft-launcher for linux

Current source: https://launcher.mojang.com/mc-staging/launcher/linux/5f8adda8401888c37be5e3c91b2f369fea3bacf2/x86_64/minecraft-launcher-2.0.579.tar.gz

Correct source: https://launcher.mojang.com/mc-staging/download/Minecraft_staging.tar.gz

Because of this error, arch users will always be running an outdated version of minecraft-launcher with fresh install.

If you do not have time to update this arc package, please hand it over to somebody who will.
