This issue is often caused by malware or problematic software on the system. We recommend using ADWCleaner to remove it.

Alternatively, try the following:

Try fix in ~~MC-74465~~ (Removing _JAVA_OPTIONS that is set by some tuner programs and keyboards) and the one in ~~MCL-6022~~.
