I cant log in correctly

Everytime I try to type in my username and pasword into the launcher it says that I am wrong and reports it as wrong password or username. But I know this isnt the case. I have even tried resetting it but that doesnt work at all. And more recently I havent even been getting the email. This is very frustrating and I would like to know how to fix this problem. Thanks
