Minecraft Launcher Crashing all the Time

Hei,
Since a few weeks my launcher is not loading anymore.
If I start my Game. The Launcher is freeze like it's not loading. only white. then a Report is comming ''Can't Start Minecraft or smt like that'' That's really annoying.(It's Crashing everytime If I open it.)I can't play Minecraft anymore. Not working.
I Uninstalled my Game 2 times and Installed 2 Times my Java again.
Always that Problem is not going away.
