minecraft launcher takes too long to download info

*What I expected to happen was installing the game quickly but instead it downloaded 200kb each minute( each minute or something the download progressed 200kb) which took 4hours or more to finish THE LAUNCHER downloading (this download occurs while installing) and then, it was going to download THE MINECRAFT VERSION 11 and the same downloading speed ocurred
