My minecraft launcher is not opening

I already uninstalled the java, I deleted the .minecraft folder, I reinstalled the game and nothing happened. My minecraft is premium and is with the latest version of the launcher. I also realize that only this new launcher is doing this because my friends do not have this launcher and they are playing normally. Please help me fix this
