Ok so what is happening is I can run minecraft once per computer restart but from then on it just wont run the launcher and I know how to get it running but then the game will just go to not responding and it will not work

I tried reproducing the bug on another computer but it didnt cause the bug to happen. But what is happening is minecraft will load once then you close and reopen it and it will kind of launch again. It will launch but go Not responding and if you close it MinecraftLauncher.exe*32 will hang in the processes in task manager which will stop you from opening it, And if you close the process it will open the launcher but the game will just be Not responding every time
