PLEASE HELP I SWEAR

i swear to ive reported the same issue in the last week and no one seems to care. do you know how many people have the same problem? when ever I press play minecraft opens regularly, however, in singleplayer multiplayer and even realms it crashes within seconds
if you don't help I'm quitting minecraft, its that I have to wait this long for an easy problem to be fixed. in case youre wonfdering I'm getting because no ojne seems to care. if this is how it needs to be, so be it.
