Unable To Create Directory Lol_us.lang cant launch new 1.12 snapshot ;-;

i cant play any version or the new snapshot because when i try to launch it says unable to create directory lol_us.lang cant replace a file when there is already one? about that....also i uninstalled bytefence.....i dont know what to do and i just want to play the new update
