White screen when loading new launcher.

so, I've updated my launcher, uninstall and reinstalled minecraft, downloaded the most recent version of java, and waiting a full day for this to load, and its just white whenever i open up my minecraft launcher. I've tried the old launcher, but it didn't work so i deleted it. help, please?
