I really want to test out just the demo. But i can't find the option to.

downloaded what's supposed tobe the demo from here https://minecraft.net/en-us/demo/ and installed. I try to play offline but i'm not allowed to. And i can't ind a demo button option.. am i just plain dumb or do i need help?
