"Could not Connect to Server"

When I joined Minecraft (I haven't played for a week) I join in and see a new launcher, but when I click "Play" it says that I have no Connection. I looked at my Bars and they were 5/5 so, I closed the Launcher and tried again it still had no connection. I logged out of my account and tried to log back in but when I entered my credentials and clicked "log in", It said "Cannot Connect to Server" yet, I still had 5/5 bars. I reset my Password just in case and still bugged out. Please help Me!
