Cant play minecraft Multiplayer

If i start up my launcher it says i only can play offline, if i click on 'play offline' i can't join multiplayer. It says: server in maintenance.
But i can see that there is players on the damn server.

Also i loggen out on my main account and i can't log in again, its says i can't log in when the launcher is in offline modus.
How do i turn this in online modus??

AND: I can't log in on minecraft.net . I tryd everything
