Crash, "Pixel format not accelerated"

I have just downloaded Windows 10 on a computer that was passed down, I would say my pc is very old, So I downloaded Minecraft and signed into my account and it was unpacking the launcher and then it crashed, I have been trying to research solutions but none of them work, So I decided to report this problem and was wondering when it will be fixed or how you can help me fix it, Thank you for you assistance.
PS. I am aware that this has happend to people, So it will help if someone gives me a solution that is sure to work.
