Version 1.7.10 Not working

I wanted to report a bug on minecraft luncher (The new Luncher) It is that when I load the version 1.7.10 of the game all works but when I create or load a map It is written : "Shutting down internal server" Is this normal? I also test with mods but its not working. Otherwise it is the luncher works very well except version 1.7.10 which does not work when I go on a map ...
