Launcher doen's run Minecraf

I can not launch my launcher, in any version. I would like to know how to fix bug. When I launch my launcher I am offered to download minecraft, I click but nothing happens. I'm already going to the site to download it, I tried to repair it and to supress and reinstall it but nothing leaves me in the menu of the laucher and it does.
