Minecraft crashes on new launcher all the time! I have only checked 1.8 versions!

I was hoping to play Minecraft today but when I loaded the game it just crashed on 2 different laptops both the same systems!

The way I got the bug to show was just click 'play' on the new Minecraft launcher so please fix this so I can play Minecraft!
