Major Lag with new launcher

I installed the minecraft new launcher and only get 1 fps i tried every setting and nothing fixed it even tried reinstall and its not my pc other games are fine.
so i tried the old launcher and theres a warning on it saying the new launcher will effect game performance

now trying the old launcher and have 100 fps no problems at all in performance
