Minecraft launcher don't start

The new launcher don't launch. It doesn't start. It started once, but closed again and now I am unable to make the launcher a launcher starting.

I would expect the launcher to start

Whenever you try to start the launcher nothing happens or opens.
This means that it is impossible to play
