The launcher does not go from preparing

I always open the game every time I reboot and it updates. Which makes me weird. And when I give it to start it stays in Preparing ...
And I have to delete the launcher and the .minecraft and every time I reboot it happens the same thing.
I thought it was the AVG, but it is not.
Same thing about the drivers, but neither.
