Icons bug in the new louncher (2.0.806 )

I opened the new launcher and I have tried to set a new icon from my desktop. The image was 128*128 pixels and its format was PNG. When I clicked on the open button after I chosen my image, the "Icons must be 128x128 pixel PNG files" message appeared, and I checked the file and it was good, 128*128 pixels, PNG form.
Below there is the image I tried to use.
