Cant open game

With the new launcher any time i try to open the game it get this error
Unable to locate the Java runtime.
Error details: The system cannot find the path specified
Filename on disk: javaw.exe
Path: C:/Users\Dillan\Desktop\runtime\jre-x64\1.8.0_51\bin\javaw.exe
Exists: false
I tried to update java and every thinjg i could think of and it will not work
